YPAM Performing Arts Pitch Session and Market

About the event

SOIL (Stages for Originality, Innovation, and Leadership) is a program supporting the international roll-out of Japanese performing arts.
During the international training program this August in Edinburgh and London, SOIL organised the Japan Selection by SOIL2025, a pitch event of the selected works. The event caught the attention of many, and we will be bringing this same event to Japan for the first time in December at the international performing arts event YPAM2025.
This event, renamed SOIL by JPASN Performing Arts Pitch Session and Market, is aimed at international producers participating in YPAM2025. It will feature presentations by eight producers and showcases by performers from the selected works of SOIL’s 2025 program. Even more, there will be talk sessions discussing the international development of Japanese performing arts, along with networking opportunities.
We hope that this event will create new encounters and possibilities for Japanese performing arts.
